This is our core commitment: Your voice recordings, transcripts, and practice content are processed solely to deliver the Oratey service to you — specifically for speech recognition, AI feedback, and evaluation scoring. We will NEVER use your voice data or practice content for training AI models, third-party analytics, advertising, sharing with any third party, or any purpose other than providing the service directly to you. You can delete your content and account at any time.
2.4 Usage Data
We collect limited usage statistics to improve the App:
- • App feature usage patterns (aggregated, not tied to specific content)
- • Device type and operating system
- • App version and crash reports
- • User preference settings
3. Third-Party Services
We use certain third-party services to provide speech recognition and AI capabilities. These providers process your voice data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements that prohibit them from using your data for any purpose other than providing the service. 4. Data Retention
We retain your practice content and account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data — including voice recordings, transcripts, and evaluation reports — will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics that cannot be linked to you individually may be retained.

6. Children's Privacy
