Delete Your Account

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data will be removed.

Method 1: Delete in-app

  1. 1Open the Oratey app on your device
  2. 2Tap the Profile icon (bottom tab bar → Me)
  3. 3Tap Settings
  4. 4Tap Account
  5. 5Tap Delete Account
  6. 6Confirm deletion when prompted

Method 2: Email request

Send an email to support@oratey.com with the subject line 'Account Deletion Request'. Include your registered email address and a brief confirmation that you wish to delete your account.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and profile information
  • All practice sessions and recordings
  • Training history and progress data
  • AI evaluation reports and scores

What may be retained

  • Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics (no personal data)
  • Transaction records required by law (if applicable)

Account deletion is processed within 30 days of your request.
